Prof Peffault de Latour is currently the head of the Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplant Department, Hôpital Saint-Louis, Paris, France since 2022. 
He is also responsible for the French Reference Center for Aplastic Anemia and PNH, as well as the French healthcare network for rare immuno-hematological diseases (MaRIH). He is the chair of the Severe Aplastic Anemia Working Party (SAAWP) of the European Blood and Marrow Transplantation (EMBT) group.
